How does Headvibe's pricing work?

All work is quoted individually based on the amount of work hours necessary and the complexity of the work to be carried out. We are very competitive in our pricing and welcome you to ask us for a quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments via bank transfer. All invoices issued contain all the information you will need in order to pay us.

What are your payment terms?

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all design services require an advance payment of one third of the project quotation total on instruction before we start any work. A second charge of one third is required after the development stage before the work is supplied to the Client for review, with the remaining third of the project quotation total due upon completion of the work, but prior to upload to the server (for websites) or release of other design files or printed materials.
